• He always provides the client with true information according to his best consciousness and conscience and always keeps the pledge and arranged terms.
• The agent never hands over and publishes confidential information(commonly inaccesible) provided by his client without client´s agreement, respectively after finishing of their cooperation neither.
• The agent is obliged to keep silence in face of third persons about business case, respectively also after their finishing.
