Apartment with atypical layout is located on the 5th floor of brick house without lift.
The apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, kitchen appliances, washing machine, dryer, suspended TV, sitting furniture, dining table, work desk, chairs, built-in wardrobes and library, equipped with dressing room, chest of drawers, beds - 1x double bed, 2x single bed). The house has undergone a complete reconstruction (insulation, facade, wiring, cellars, entrance doors).

In the entrance floor of the apartment there is a bright living space, a kitchen with a bar and a dining room and a work corner. The dining room has a folding table for 6-8 people. There is also a spacious bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, bidet) and a built-in wardrobe with a cleaning compartment, a washing machine and a dryer. Beneath the staircase there is a storage space with a shoe and a wardrobe at the entrance. Behind the dining room is a ventilated chamber.

On the second floor there is a gallery with a view of the living space, which can be used as a games room, study or reading room. The gallery includes a built-in library. Two bedrooms and a fully equipped cloakroom are accessible from the gallery.

The house has no lift, the apartment can be used by the cellar. The garage space can be rented in the neighboring building.
