Apartment with two balconies (2x 5m2) and living area of ??120 m2 is located on the 2nd floor / 5. brick house without elevator.

Kitchen (20 m2) is equipped with kitchen unit incl. appliances (hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer) and dining table with chairs. The kitchen enters one of the two balconies.
Living room (35 m2) is furnished with sofa and chest of drawers.
Bedrooms (20m2 and 23m2) are furnished with double beds without mattresses and wardrobes. The second balcony is entered from one of the two bedrooms.
