The house has a garden with indoor pool and terrace, sauna and garage for two cars.

On the ground floor there is a spacious room (which could serve as a separate studio apartment after completing the kitchen), bathroom with toilet, separate toilet and exit to the utility room, where we find a sauna.
On the first floor is a corridor with built-in wardrobes, living room with kitchenette from which leads to the garden and terrace.
There is also a bedroom, two rooms, spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Plastic windows are equipped with interior blinds and outdoor electric shutters.

The living room is furnished with sofa, coffee table, TV table, TV, shelves and fireplace. In the kitchen you will find Kitchen with built-in appliances (ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher), fridge freezer and microwave are separately. There is also a dining table in the kitchen.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with a forged bench in front of the bed, a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables. The second room is furnished with a single bed without a mattress, a built-in wardrobe and a work desk.

The garden which is situated behind the house provides sufficient space and at the same time peace for example for a family with children. The house has an indoor swimming pool located in the garden and a Finnish sauna, which is located in the utility room.
From the garage, which is accessible from the street by means of a separate entrance and electric door, we get back to the garden and through the technical room back to the house.
