Natálie did great job answering all our questions on both languages Czech and English, she almost switched to Russian (our native) to explain everything to us.

We have seen three different apartments with Natálie. And we found ourselves satisfies with her professionalism and defection to her work. Her attention to details and urge to help deserves promotion.

We are extremities lucky that we were working with Natáli.

Dear all,
Would like to write a recommendation letter for Mrs Župková. I'm foreigner in Brno and concerned about legal proceedings on, for me, foreign language. Luckily Mrs. Župková was at help with English language and needed advices about local places. Over she I found my first place to stay on Brno. From the initial inquiry to signing of the contract, whole process was smooth and pleasant because of Jitka. As a foreigner, I had BIG concern about language barrier with landlord/broker, but thanks to her I did not experience any hassle communicating with non-English speaking landlord. Jitka speaks proper English and she did flawless job mediating our communication.
She is absolutely thoughtful and professional. She is prompt in returning email, thoroughly answering all questions/concerns in meticulous manner, and always trying her best to accommodate demands of clients. It may sound a bit too much of positive feedback, but there is no exaggeration. I wouldn't spend time writing here in the first place if I have no appreciation for her job. I couldn't be more grateful that I had Jitka as broker, and I would recommend her to anybody.

I am very pleased with Jitka. She was highly professional and efficient in concluding my search for a rental apartment. My family loves the house and its surroundings. Coming from another country, this means a lot to us because it helps us to settle down. There are a million things to be figured out in a foreign country. Having a house of our choice makes everything else so much easier. She also went out of her way and helped getting an Internet connection.
