Monika saved us on many an occasion. I was due to start university less than 2 days after we got in contact with Bravis and my mother and I were in a new country, with no language skills, no place for me to live and not knowing anything or anyone. Both apartments we went to see were very respectable, the second I instantly knew was the one i was going to choose. Perfect location, nice landlords and right outside a tram stop which could get me directly to uni and back. Not only this but when we got lost in Brno, we rang Monika and she came to pick us up and help us out!

Purkynova 9, Brno. Our son came to study in Brno in the beginning of september. Very soon, he had to find an apartment during few days. Hana was then contacted by me and since then she has been outstanding in the way she has helped our family, both very quickly in finding a nice apartment to my son close to the University and also by her support via counless e-mails in finding practical solutions to all questions. Language barrier could have been an issue, but with Hana the communication in english has been completely unproblematic. Through Bravis real-estate we found the best suitable apartment for us, and the main reason for that is the website which has a good structure and is constantly being updated!
Getting in touch with the broker was easy and she was really the best ever! she was so helpful to us, not only taking care of the reservation, informing us about the apartment and the actual handover, but also by helping us with transport when we needed furnitures right there and then! We experienced polite and well english spoken people, so the communication was great! The hand over of the apartment was also good, and it felt like we were in good and safe hands. That´s important for foreigners, so thank you for that! I would definitely recommend this agency to others (and I already have) ;) Thank you once again! Hana was extremely helpful. First of all, she speaks english (which is something that you can hardly find in Brno). She helped me found a really nice flat in only one day. The flat really covers all my needs and requirements, and it is exactly what I had asked her in my e-mail before my arrival in Brno.
