The task of finding in Brno is very difficult, specially for foreigners like us. However, my wife and I were lucky enough to find Ms. Sedláková. She was very understandable and helpful with us, making the daunting task of moving abroad as smooth as possible. We are very grateful to her.

I've just relocated to Brno with my employer and was looking to secure an apartment (very good condition) in the city centre within 2weeks of arriving. Jitka Dobrovolna was really helpful and scheduled 2x viewings quickly. I took the 2nd apartment and Jitka handled all the paperwork and even came to my offices to sign the initial part. I can't speak Czech although Jitka was able to communicate with me in English and broker the agreement with my Czech Landlords. It all worked seamlessly and I'd definitely recommend her/Bravis. Our family is really grateful to Jitka Daobrovolna for her brilliant work as a real estate agent. She really helped us to find a flat that fully meets all our requirements. Zuzana was great in helping house getting settled. She helped with all the utilities stuff that as a foreigner are practically impossible to do by yourself and she was great in dealing with the landlord and the minutes on the contract. Her English will definitely help you out!

Zuzana's communication skills are excellent and she speaks really good English. I have worked with her twice now and i am completely satisfied with the way she handles issues. She was able to find a suitable flat within a short time excluding any hassles. She keeps you in the loop and always updates you.Moving to the new flat was also made easy as she also helped with the arrangement, and it all went smoothly. I would say she is an A- grade real estate agent with an eye for great apartments. I would gladly recommend her to anyone who is looking into finding a great apartment in the shortest time possible.

I was searching for a flat in Brno while living in Germany. Mrs. Cermakova was more than professional and helpful. She was patient and very friendly. I was very nervous and wrote a lot of mails, because I had a lot of extra wishes and needs. With a little luck and Zuzana's help we were able to find an apartment in 3 days. Zuzana helped to find places that fit our requirements and gave good feedback on how fast we needed to react and how much room there was for negotiation. Once we reached an agreement she was able to get the contract together and arrange a meeting for signing and getting the keys in 24 hours. She did a great job.

Only good things pop to my mind about Zuzana :)
Pleasant, fun and easy going, always available when I needed her, for questions or assistance with the native language which I can't use at the moment.
Swift too, when I asked her to rush things in order to save me from the hotel fees that kept going daily.
Would definitely suggest her and will use again in the future my self, most likely to renew my contract with my current land lord which I'm very pleased with.
