From the initial inquiry to signing of the contract, whole process was smooth and pleasant because of Jitka. As a foreigner, I had BIG concern about language barrier with landlord/broker, but thanks to her I did not experience any hassle communicating with non-English speaking landlord. Jitka speaks proper English and she did flawless job mediating our communication. She is absolutely thoughtful and professional. She is prompt in returning email, thoroughly answering all questions/concerns in meticulous manner, and always trying her best to accommodate demands of clients. It may sound a bit too much of positive feedback, but there is no exaggeration. I wouldn't spend time writing here in the first place if I have no appreciation for her job. I couldn't be more grateful that I had Jitka as broker, and I would recommend her to anybody.

I am very pleased with Jitka. She was highly professional and efficient in concluding my search for a rental apartment. My family loves the house and its surroundings. Coming from another country, this means a lot to us because it helps us to settle down. There are a million things to be figured out in a foreign country. Having a house of our choice makes everything else so much easier. She also went out of her way and helped getting an Internet connection.

Jitka is a super-nice person and I am glad that she was the one who assisted me in renting a flat in Brno. The whole process was smooth and convienient; she was always quick to respond to my emails and arranged all "logistics" just as I wished. She also speaks english very well and helped me to communicate with the landlord. Therefore, it's a 100% reccomendation from me!

I managed to rent a flat quickly with her prompt help. She was very flexible and always ready to help me in the issues. That was important to me that the broker speaks English very well, and Jitka speaks very fluent. It was also a great help to me. I had no the easiest case for the apartment search - I am foreigner with the dog. Jitka was super helpful and would send me all options who'd accept the dog as soon, as agency would have such place opened for rent. As soon as we found the fitting one for me - Jitka processed everything smoothly. So here am I, living in my new place :)

I've just relocated to Brno with my employer and was looking to secure an apartment (very good condition) in the city centre within 2weeks of arriving. Jitka Dobrovolna was really helpful and scheduled 2x viewings quickly. I took the 2nd apartment and Jitka handled all the paperwork and even came to my offices to sign the initial part. I can't speak Czech although Jitka was able to communicate with me in English and broker the agreement with my Czech Landlords. It all worked seamlessly and I'd definitely recommend her/Bravis.
