Zuzana was very helpful and even working on a weekend to help preparing the papers and rent a dream flat. Everything went smoothly and for sure i would use again Bravis if i'd need another flat (but that's not gonna happen because i love the new one!)

With a little luck and Zuzana's help we were able to find an apartment in 3 days. Zuzana helped to find places that fit our requirements and gave good feedback on how fast we needed to react and how much room there was for negotiation. Once we reached an agreement she was able to get the contract together and arrange a meeting for signing and getting the keys in 24 hours. She did a great job.

My reference is actually simple. Excellent!!!
This was not easiest move in my life from a country thousands of kilometers away, but Zuzana and Monika made it very easy. Their communication was quick and accurate. All paper work and agreements was done in time. They were very professional but also friendly.
I can truly recommend their service to anybody in the whole world that needs an apartment in BRNO!
