From the initial inquiry to signing of the contract, whole process was smooth and pleasant because of Jitka. As a foreigner, I had BIG concern about language barrier with landlord/broker, but thanks to her I did not experience any hassle communicating with non-English speaking landlord. Jitka speaks proper English and she did flawless job mediating our communication. She is absolutely thoughtful and professional. She is prompt in returning email, thoroughly answering all questions/concerns in meticulous manner, and always trying her best to accommodate demands of clients. It may sound a bit too much of positive feedback, but there is no exaggeration. I wouldn't spend time writing here in the first place if I have no appreciation for her job. I couldn't be more grateful that I had Jitka as broker, and I would recommend her to anybody.

Coming from another country, this means a lot to us because it helps us to settle down. There are a million things to be figured out in a foreign country. Not satisfied with service provided by this broker. Very bad feedback, or none. Upon agreement to rent the apartment, said he will check with landlord and let me know, I had to call back three days later. Afterwards I was put on hold for another 3-4 days for landlord to make decision to whom apartment goes. Ended up without any feedback! When called, my call was rejected and no response to sms either. Really far away from professional behavior. I lost entire week waiting for nothing.
