I've just relocated to Brno with my employer and was looking to secure an apartment (very good condition) in the city centre within 2weeks of arriving. Jitka Dobrovolna was really helpful and scheduled 2x viewings quickly. I took the 2nd apartment and Jitka handled all the paperwork and even came to my offices to sign the initial part. I can't speak Czech although Jitka was able to communicate with me in English and broker the agreement with my Czech Landlords. It all worked seamlessly and I'd definitely recommend her/Bravis. Zuzana was great in helping house getting settled. She helped with all the utilities stuff that as a foreigner are practically impossible to do by yourself and she was great in dealing with the landlord and the minutes on the contract. Her English will definitely help you out!
