Monika saved us on many an occasion. I was due to start university less than 2 days after we got in contact with Bravis and my mother and I were in a new country, with no language skills, no place for me to live and not knowing anything or anyone. Both apartments we went to see were very respectable, the second I instantly knew was the one i was going to choose. Perfect location, nice landlords and right outside a tram stop which could get me directly to uni and back. Not only this but when we got lost in Brno, we rang Monika and she came to pick us up and help us out!

Purkynova 9, Brno. Our son came to study in Brno in the beginning of september. Very soon, he had to find an apartment during few days. Hana was then contacted by me and since then she has been outstanding in the way she has helped our family, both very quickly in finding a nice apartment to my son close to the University and also by her support via counless e-mails in finding practical solutions to all questions. Language barrier could have been an issue, but with Hana the communication in english has been completely unproblematic.
