* I am sure Bravis has good agents that take care of their clients and the clients are satisfied. But unfortunately I am not one of those clients.
I went thought the agency thinking I would have a smooth experience and a move to a new flat to rent. but , it everything but smooth.
First , I want to say that , Nathalie is a sweet , and a beautiful woman. But , all those things are useless for me as a client of the agency who was seeking to rent a flat.
Unfortunately , my experience is beyond disappointing.
My story is : I saw this flat for 8000 czk a month rent . It also had immediate entry stated on the ad page.
I contacted Nathalie while I was staying in London. I asked for information regarding the flat I am renting now ; I told (on WhatsApp and on email )Nathalie that I am interested to rent the flat and I will be moving immediately .
On WhatsApp Nathalie mostly was ignoring my messages. on Email , it took her 24 hours+ to reply to a simple email . After 3 days , she stopped replying to emails. it was almost impossible to reach her on the phone.
After chasing after her ( Via phone calls ) , she told me I need to come to Brno to see the flat . I Agreed. I book a ticket for the 14 of June knowing that I will arrive back to Brno on the 14. on the 15th I will see the flat and on the 16 I will enter the flat.
Few hours after booking my ticket back to Brno (I spent 5000 czk ) , Nathalie sent me and email , telling me , the flat will be free in END of JUNE. It felt like SLAP IN THE FACE. I asked her , How is it possible ? She said , the tenant changed her plans and she will be staying till end of June. It completely baffled me how an agent puts immediate entry to the flat on the site without checking first with the tenant ?
I arrived to Brno , I booked a hotel ( cost me a lot of money 5000 czk) . I saw the flat on the 16 , talked with the other tenant who lives there . we were 3 of us (Me , Nathalie and Nickolas) standing in the flat talking when I can move in. I was told the girl will move out on 26 . on 27 Nickolas will take out his things from the room and will prepare the room and on 28 I can enter the room. We all agreed that I will enter the room on 28 of June.
On The Moving Day - 28.6 , i got the keys and signed the contract. On the way to the flat , I messaged to the other tenant who lives here , I told him i will arrive with all my things in 10 min. He told me , that NO. He said , I can enter the flat on 1st of JULY. I thought it was some kind of a Joke. i was so infuriated. I just wanted to give up and not to take it. I had to BEG the tenant (Nickolas to let me come )... it was beyond embarrassing!
I asked Nathalie few time to check with the owner of the flat 3 things :
1. Who is the internet provider in the flat ?
2. What is the Wi-Fi speed in the flat ?
3. Is it possible to upgrade the speed of the internet in the flat.
I was deeply disappointed. Nathalie said , "she doesn't know and nothing can be done about it"
It was Nathalie's responsibility as an agent to check with the owner of the flat regarding the speed , and to ask me first if it suits me before taking the commission money from me.
I work in IT from home and study IT courses from home. the internet speed in the flat is beyond disappointing. Upgrading the internet in the flat is impossible because the owner has no clue and the desire to do so.
I decided today that , If it will continue like this , I save money and will move to a different flat.
Nathalie , should work & improve her communication skills before she will offer her services as an agent again.
I hope that this review will help Nathalie & Bravis to see their mistakes and fix them.
